Course Description

This 10 hour course is designed to equip startups and early-stage SME entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to leverage data-driven, digital-powered innovations for sustainable value creation. Participants will learn to strategically position their businesses in a competitive landscape, build team-based enterprises, and implement agile methodologies to enable convergence innovation and create value for enterprises and the ecosystem in which they evolve. The course covers key aspects that include consumer insights, design thinking, robust operations management for adaptive logistics and market access, financial planning as part of decision support systems, systems thinking as part of ecosystem building, and learning from evidence and experience.
