Course Description

Renewal in higher education depends on leaders who can foster innovation while maintaining alignment, trust, and accountability. This course focuses on how innovation takes root and scales within universities—through culture, governance, and everyday practices. Participants will explore how to design and lead change initiatives that improve institutional responsiveness, equity, and sustainability. Emphasis is placed on enabling responsible innovation: balancing experimentation with risk management, digital opportunity with ethical and cultural impact, and creativity with institutional coherence.
