Examines coaching and feedback practices that balance clarity and care, supporting growth while sustaining psychological safety. Integrates trauma-aware, equity-informed, and reconciliation-aligned approaches that enable leaders to respond thoughtfully to stress, conflict, and organizational change. Encourages reflective practice to strengthen self-awareness, stability, and presence in day-to-day leadership.
