Strengthens the capacity to lead and collaborate in ways that foster fairness, dignity, and belonging across diverse workplace and learning environments. Examines how equity and reconciliation commitments are put into practice through everyday interactions, communication, and decision-making—whether leading a team, a project, or a collaborative initiative. Explores how to identify and address bias, model inclusive behaviours, and contribute to psychologically safe and culturally respectful environments. Emphasizes consistency, transparency, and empathy as foundations for trust and shared accountability in both unionized and non-unionized settings.
