Course Description

Authentic, values-driven leadership at the executive level shapes institutional trust, culture, and long-term resilience. This course explores how values, integrity, and emotional intelligence inform decisions that influence institutional credibility and culture. Participants will examine how presence, relational leadership, and ethical clarity guide organizations through disruption, conflict, and transformation. Attention is given to mentoring and succession at the senior level, reinforcing cultures of accountability, equity, and care. Leaders will strengthen their capacity to align personal values with institutional purpose, model trust and transparency, and create conditions where people and systems thrive.
