Course Description

This course examines how enterprise strategy is translated into results through operating models, including organizational structures, decision-making rules and norms, processes, and capabilities. Building on strategic choices and growth priorities, participants analyze how work actually flows across the enterprise and where misalignment creates friction, delays, risk exposure, or unintended consequences. Emphasis is placed on diagnosing execution constraints and identifying targeted operating model adjustments that improve accountability, speed, and performance—without unnecessary disruption to the organization.

This course is part of the Next Move: Professional Growth Series within the Tier 3 - Inspire category.
