Course Description

This course strengthens executive capability to set and govern enterprise growth strategy under conditions of uncertainty. Participants analyze markets, trends, and organizational context to determine where to compete, how value is created, and which opportunities to pursue or decline.

A human‑centred perspective is woven throughout, recognizing that strategic choices shape people, leadership priorities, culture, and day‑to‑day realities across the organization. Emphasis is placed on clear trade-offs, portfolio fit, risk guardrails, and resource alignment.

Using practical strategy frameworks, structured analysis, and discussion of real organizational challenges, participants work through real strategic tensions; competing priorities, incomplete information, and constrained capacity—to develop and stress-test an enterprise growth strategy for their organization or a relevant strategic context. The course culminates in translating these choices into an executive-ready strategic plan or decision brief suitable for senior leadership or board review.

This course is part of the Next Move: Professional Growth Series within the Tier 3 - Inspire category.
