Course Description

This course focuses on aligning leadership culture with enterprise strategy during large-scale transformation. Participants diagnose cultural drivers that enable or constrain execution, examine how leadership behaviors and signals shape outcomes, and identify where misalignment leads to resistance, fragmentation, or change fatigue. Emphasis is placed on designing leadership practices, culture levers, and governance mechanisms that scale healthy norms, reinforce strategic priorities, and sustain momentum across multiple teams and initiatives. Participants produce an executive briefing outlining priority action to align culture, leadership, and systems at enterprise scale.

This course is part of the Next Move: Professional Growth Series within the Tier 3 - Inspire category.
