Course Description

This course equips executives to take a strategic view of AI adoption across the enterprise. Participants evaluate where AI can create value, assess organizational readiness, and develop governance frameworks that balance innovation, ethics, and compliance. A humancentred AI orientation is woven throughout, emphasizing how AI augments human capability, supports responsible decisionmaking, and impacts people, culture, and stakeholder trust. Emphasis is placed on aligning AI initiatives with organizational strategy, identifying capability gaps across people, processes, and technology, and making informed decisions about investment, risk and implementation. Participants practice translating insights into clear, executive-level recommendations suitable for senior leadership and board discussions.
