Course Description

Explore how artificial intelligence is shaping leadership, strategy, and decision-making. You will learn to evaluate AI tools from both a technical and ethical lens, identify opportunities to improve performance and innovation, and lead teams through AI adoption. You will also assess data-informed leadership practices and how AI intersects with privacy, equity, and accountability.
