Course Description

Gain a practical introduction to project management principles and tools, with a focus on Agile frameworks and real-world application. You will explore how to plan and track small-scale projects, support team alignment, and lead with transparency. Learn how to apply core project metrics, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt Agile methods to dynamic team environments.

What You'll Learn

By the end of the course, the learner should be able to:

  • Explain key Agile principles and their relevance to modern project management. 

  • Identify how Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks support project execution and team performance.
