Course Description

Build the essential digital skills you need to thrive in today’s connected, collaborative, and remote-first work environments. You will explore core productivity tools, communication platforms, and cloud-based systems. You will learn to apply secure digital practices, give and receive feedback online, and resolve conflict constructively using digital communication strategies. The course emphasizes responsible digital citizenship, cybersecurity awareness, and effective online collaboration.
